Data Modification & Processing

All data sources listed above are processed, aggregated, and transformed into DoseDeck's proprietary risk scoring system. We do not redistribute any raw API feeds or databases. Our system cross-references multiple authoritative sources and combines them with established pharmacology principles to produce a single, clinically meaningful risk score. The final risk scores, clinical narratives, and interaction warnings are DoseDeck's original work based on the cited sources above.

Update Frequency & Limitations

Our database is reviewed and updated quarterly to reflect new research, FDA safety communications, and emerging drug interactions. However, the field of pharmacology evolves rapidly, and our platform may not capture every possible interaction or the most recent findings. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always verify critical information with current medical literature and healthcare professionals.

Disclaimer: DoseDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the organizations listed above. The use of their public data does not imply endorsement of DoseDeck by these institutions.

Harm Reduction Approach

DoseDeck operates on a harm reduction philosophy, which recognizes that while abstinence from harmful substances is ideal, providing accurate information and education can help reduce risks for those who choose to use medications or substances. Our goal is to promote safer decision-making through education, not to encourage substance use or deviation from prescribed medical treatment.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of DoseDeck after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
